Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure your gifts arrive in time for the holidays, please place your orders by the following dates:

  • December 16: Ground Shipping
  • December 19: 3-Day Shipping
  • December 20: 2-Day and Next-Day Shipping

USA — Complimentary ground shipping via UPS or FedEx for orders over $350

(excluding Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico)

We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to ship. Should any unforeseen delays occur, we will contact you with an updated timeline. 

EXPEDITED USA SHIPPING via UPS, FedEx or DHL: 

— 3 Business Days: $20
— 2 Business Days: $36
— Next business day: $50

Please note expedited orders need to be placed by 3 PM CST Monday-Friday to allow for same day processing time. Our selected carriers do not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery nor does expedited delivery include weekends.  KICK PLEAT cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package leaves our facility.

Please note: Orders shipped to PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

HAWAII, ALASKA, CANADA & PUERTO RICO:

$30 via UPS Ground

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

 International shipping costs is calculated at checkout via UPS or DHL

International orders may be subject to import and customs duties levied by the local government. Duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout. Please consult with your local customs agencies for more information. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay duties and fees; taxes and duties are non-refundable. For packages that are refused at delivery, customer is still responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.

Shipping notifications: 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier tracking. KICK PLEAT is not responsible for delays or issues due to incorrect addresses or zip codes. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate. 

Stolen packages: 

Kick Pleat is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is delivered to the requested address, we are no longer liable for the package. If you suspect your package has been stolen, please open a claim with the carrier. Have your tracking information available.
