Zero + Maria Cornejo
Chilean-born Maria Cornejo opened her first retail store in NYC in 1998, founding her eponymous label of modern, figure-friendly styles. Best known for draped and cocoon-shaped dresses and jumpsuits, the brand features a minimalist aesthetic. Garments are based on taking fundamental geometric shapes and transforming them into unexpected yet simple pieces. Garments are crafted in original prints and luxe materials, draped and cute from one piece of fabric, using as few seams as possible to fit and flatter most everyone.
